I have a child with my fiance who is not a criminal just being deported for false papers what should i do?

Having false papers is Identity fraud, a felony. He is a criminal whether you like it or not.I have a child with my fiance who is not a criminal just being deported for false papers what should i do?
Call an immigration attorney, get a free consultation, and, most likely, the answer to most or all of your questions.I have a child with my fiance who is not a criminal just being deported for false papers what should i do?
First, you should tell us your citizenship. Then you should tell us which country you're in. It would be nice to know the exact charge or section of the law under which your fiance is being deported.

How did he use the false papers? What did he gain from using them? Was it an immigration benefit or a state benefit like tuition free attendance at a school?

Did he ever falsely claim to be a U.S. citizen? You need to include more information in your question.
waive goodbye
There is nothing you can do. You are just SOL. Depending on how long he was here working with illegal papers depends on how long it will be before he can come back legally. If he had been here for longer than 365 consecutive days after his 18th birthday, it will be 10 years before he can attempt to re-enter LEGALLY. Being that you are not married, there is nothing you can do. And being pregnant with his child means nothing to immigration and our laws. You can't prove extreme hardship just because you are pregnant. You couldn't get him back by proving extreme hardship anyway being that you are not married. Just have to wait out the years or move to where he is.
If he was not being deported the answer would be simple. You travel to his country, get married, return and apply for a marriage visa. Or you apply for a fiance visa w. him in his country and in a year or under he comes and you get married.

But even then it would have been difficult as you have to interveiw. Where was he living and working in his own country? Have you been there? If not how did you meet? Etc.

Now that he is getting deported there is little chance. If you married now it might look as if it is only to avoid deportation. As another said he may be barred from re-entering for 10 years even if married. Waivers may be gotten but it would take many, many years. The pregancy thing won't work.

Odds are there is NOTHING that can be done and he will probably never qualify to come to the US. He has committed a FEDERAL offense which is a really big deal. He is lucky that they are not jailing him for a couple of years and then deporting him. They probably aren't as they know it will be nigh impossible for him to ever get legal. And if he got caught again he would go to jail and be permanently barred.

But by all means speak to an attorney as you never know. Much could depend on the particulars. But if they are already deporting the odds are slim. But you never know.
Say good bye. He is a criminal because they deport you for committing a crime. Faking his papers means he was illegal and committed another crime trying to appear legal. That's at least 2 crimes he committed.
not very good. get an attorney. false papers, its a big crime.
If he has false papers, he is a criminal. if he is an illegal imagriant, he's a criminal. What part of illegal, do you not understand. What do you do. Go with him.
go with him
He is a criminal for having false papers. He can never get US citizenship if he was convicted for the crime.
say goodbye or go with him.
follow him and get married in his country.
poor baby
